Public Hearing on the Proposed 2024 Budget for the Town of Chetek

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF CHETEK. Notice is hereby given that on Wed., Nov. 15, 2023 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2023 Budget (at the same site), A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ELECTORS called pursuant to SS 60.12(1)(a) of the Wisconsin Statutes will be held for the following purposes:

1.     To approve the total 2024 highway expenditures pursuant to sec 82.03(2)(a) of the SS;

2.     To adopt the 2023 tax levy to be paid in 2024 pursuant to sec 60.10(1)(a) of the SS.
