August 4, 2026 Public Hearing to Decide Resolutions on Discontinuing Two Roads

Town of Chetek

County of Barron

 

Two resolutions have been adopted by the Supervisors of the Town of Chetek, Barron County, Wisconsin to vacate town roads described as follows:

 

1.     The portion of 25 1/16 Street located in the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 17, T.33 N., R. 10W., adjacent to Narrows Point Condominium in Town of Chetek, Barron County, Wisconsin and more particularly described in the Exhibit Map.

2.     The portion of 6 3/16 Avenue located in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 33, T.33 N., R. 10W., shown as part of Lots 2, 3, and 4 on the north side of said road in Town of Chetek, Barron County, Wisconsin and more particularly described in Exhibit Map.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on the resolutions will be held on Tuesday August 4, 2026 in the Town Hall, located at 213 Knapp Street at 5:00 p.m. followed by the regular meeting of the Town of Chetek Board of Supervisors during which the resolutions will be voted on.
